Champions Gate the Greg Norman designed golf course is only 2 minutes away, and there are a number of restaurants, retail outlets and supermarkets in this area as well as a soon to be completed shopping mall.

The villa with its 5 bedrooms is ideal for 1 or 2 families and well suited for golfing parties enthusiastic to sample the numerous top quality courses close by.
