VILLA JOSEFINA is a  spacious four bedroom and two bathroom villa that sleeps up to ten guests.(The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper for 2) .

It is located in the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers. Aviana is also surrounded by a wild conservation area.

It is less than 15 minutes away from the gates of Disney. Other Florida attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. Championship golf courses such as Champions Gates, Providence, Reunion Golf and Country Club, and Southern Dunes are within a five minute drive.

Our home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting attractions in Orlando. The villa is fully air conditioned and is ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. We furnished it with high quality furniture with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. All linens and towels are provided.

Our villa has two master bedrooms that are elegantly furnished. Both master bedrooms have queen size beds, 26” flat screen TVs with cable, nightstands with lamps, alarm clocks, telephones, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

The first master bedroom has a full-size dresser with mirror. It has an en-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower area, a sink with vanity unit, a lighted mirror, a toilet, and a built-in closet. It also has a Jacuzzi. A hair dryer is provided. The second master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house near the twin bedrooms. It also has a built-in closet.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, nightstands, alarm clocks, and built-in closets. Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with the other master bedroom. The family bathroom has a shower, a sink with vanity unit, a toilet, and a lighted mirror.

The bright kitchen adjoining the family room is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, full range, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, and toaster. All crockery and cutlery are provided. The breakfast nook is a good area for coffee and has a breakfast table that seats four.

The large family room is spacious and has ceramic tiled floor and a ceiling fan for additional comfort on those hot Florida days. It has a comfortable leather sectional, a 40” flat screen TV with cable, and a DVD player. We also provide a free wire or wireless Verizon Fios internet and nationwide long distance, so use our phone and save your cell phone minutes.

Stepping out from the family room is the screened pool which can be heated during the cooler months (charges apply). The pool has a large covered lanai, a patio table with four chairs, and two sun loungers for relaxing under the sun. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children and all the doors leading to the deck area has switchable pool alarm. The pool area has a gas grill for outside barbecue (charges apply).

The utility room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Our home has a carpeted game room to keep the kids amused on those rare rainy days in Florida. The game room has a pool, foosball, and air hockey table plus an electronic basketball hoop. It also has a bar table with three bar stools for snacking while playing. It is also equipped with a radio for listening to music.

Our guests have free use of the resort clubhouse and can relax in the resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas. The clubhouse has a hot tub, loungers, playground, sand volleyball court, exercise room, putting green, and cyber café.
