- Our basic monthly Management fee $160
- (NO call out charges during office hours,NO charges for light bulbs etc, NO charges for guest pre-arrival or post departure checks) Some Management companies may charge a smaller monthly fee, BUT CHECK THEIR "EXTRAS" !
- Pest Control is $20
- Pool Service is $80
- Lawn Care from $65 (if required)

- Pressure washing of patio area and insect screen - from $100

We will cater for individual needs, eg balloons, flowers etc for weddings & birthdays.
We also offer a range of extra services including drywalling , floor/wall tiling ,carpeting,and landscaping, all at very competitive rates and completed to the highest standard by fully qualified personnel.
