Paul held a managerial position with a top Rugby League Club, increasing revenue and marketing the company. He holds a Florida Realtors license and is a Certified Property Management Specialist.

Paula was employed by West Yorkshire Police Authority. In this role Paula supervised 11 staff and accumulated a great deal of customer service experience. Paula is the first point of contact for homeowners & renters alike.

Phil & Jo (Paula's mother & step-father) operated a successful carpet/tiling business for 25 years. Phil also holds a Florida Certified Pool Operators License.

Together we purchased our home in Davenport, Florida in 2004 as a vacation rental home.. We had a management company take care of our home but were very pro-active ourselves in the promotion of the villa, as a result , for 2 years we had almost back to back bookings.

We decided to move over to Florida in 2006 and Property Management was our choice of business. We have been on both sides of the fence, so know what is expected of a management company. As a result we like to go that "extra mile" to help both our homeowners and renters. We have heard many horror stories from management companies that are both careless with homes and unscrupulous with charges. We pride ourselves on being honest, trustworthy & reliable.
